Information we may collect
This may include your name, telephone number, email address, postcode, caravan type, holiday park or area, photographs and the details of your enquiry.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and provide the checklist, quote or service you requested.
- To arrange and administer cleaning work.
- To send a one-off spring caravan-cleaning reminder only when you clearly select YES.
- To keep appropriate business, invoice and safety records.
Your spring reminder choice
Requesting the free checklist does not require you to agree to marketing. The WhatsApp request asks you to select YES or NO separately. If you select YES, we will keep a record of that choice and may send one WhatsApp reminder about caravan or lodge cleaning in spring 2027.
You can withdraw your choice at any time by replying STOP or contacting us. Withdrawing will not affect the checklist or any service you have already requested.
Sharing and storage
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by services we use to communicate and run the business, including WhatsApp or Meta, subject to their own privacy terms. We keep information only for as long as needed for the enquiry, agreed reminder, service or legal record.
Your rights
